If you love working outside this role will involve turfgrass applications and excellent customer service skillsWhat we look for in a RYAN Turf Specialist/ Route Manager:Self motivatedCareer focused and drivenThrives in a structured environment and is detail orientedEnjoys building relationships with customers, employees and industry partnersWhat does a turf route manager do?Provide excellent account management and customer serviceManage a route of 400-500 customersComplete turf bid requests, fertilization applications, aerating, seeding and service calls for customer propertiesDiagnose and provide specific lawn care solutions for individual customer propertiesMust be able to work in a team environment as well as efficiently on your ownPossess knowledge of turfgrass practices as well as all other RYAN servicesRequirements:3+ years of experience in green or agricultural and or horticulture industry preferredBachelor or Associates degree in agronomy, turfgrass, horticulture or agricultural sciences is a plusValid Driver's LicenseAbility to obtain DOT certificationAbility to obtain and maintain state issued pesticide applicator license, turfgrass within 3 monthsAbility to lift 50 poundsWe hire great people for our employee-owned company.
