Quality InspectorTrinity Employment Specialists-Tulsa, OK 74135Full Time - Monday-Friday -Summary:A leading manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control processes, with specific experience in utilizing micrometers, calipers, height gages and calibrating tooling. Proficiency in ERP systems is highly preferred.Responsibilities:Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials and finished products.Utilize micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other precision measuring tools to ensure product conformance to specifications.Calibrate and maintain tooling and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.Utilize PC-DMIS software for CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspections.Experience with portable CMMs is a significant advantage.Document and report any non-conformities and work with relevant departments to address issues.Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.Requirements:Previous experience in a quality control role, preferably in Oil and Gas industry.Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other precision measuring tools.Experience calibrating tooling and maintaining equipment.Familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable.Proficiency in PC-DMIS software for CMM inspections.Experience with portable CMMs is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.#LMTRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERSee the great things people are saying by checking out our Google reviews, along with our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter.Please visit theCareer Centeron our website for some helpful resources to help in your job search, to build a resume, for interview tips and many job opportunities!* Inspect, test, sort, sample, or weigh nonagricultural raw materials or processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled parts or products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications. May use precision measuring instruments and complex test equipment.* Discard or reject products, materials, or equipment not meeting specifications.* Mark items with details, such as grade or acceptance-rejection status.* Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.* Notify supervisors or other personnel of production problems.* Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications.* Write test or inspection reports describing results, recommendations, or needed repairs.* Recommend necessary corrective actions, based on inspection results.* Read dials or meters to verify that equipment is functioning at specified levels.* Make minor adjustments to equipment, such as turning setscrews to calibrate instruments to required tolerances.* Monitor production operations or equipment to ensure conformance to specifications, making necessary process or assembly adjustments.* Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required.* Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.* Remove defects, such as chips, burrs, or lap corroded or pitted surfaces.* Position products, components, or parts for testing.* Grade, classify, or sort products according to sizes, weights, colors, or other specifications.* Inspect or test cleantech or green technology parts, products, or installations, such as fuel cells, solar panels, or air quality devices, for conformance to specifications or standards.* Weigh materials, products, containers, or samples to verify packaging weights or ingredient quantities.* Compute defect percentages or averages, using formulas and calculators.by Jobble
