On Location is seeking a Vice President (VP), Human Resources to provide leadership and oversight across Human Resource areas at On Location while partnering with its parent company, Endeavor, to increase alignment and integration of the Human Resource function.The position will report to the Executive Vice-President, Strategy, Talent and Talent Operations and will collaborate closely with the Endeavor HR functional leaders in areas such as Recruiting, Learning and Organizational Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.The VP, HR will ensure that the HR function is a trusted partner across On Location and will collaborate closely with On Location business leaders and Endeavor HR functional leaders to maximize the capabilities of all employees. Because of the wide range of ambitious initiatives being undertaken at On Location at any given time, this leader will be a driver of change and transformation, thus requiring a creative thinker with a high degree of strategic and learning ability.The VP, HR will lead the execution of key HR programs across the business, and in doing so, help to build and shape a culture where all employees thrive and are equipped to do their best work. The VP, HR will stand as a champion in building and developing a diverse team that abides by the Core Values of On Location.ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Department Oversight

  • Provide oversight to all areas of the Human Resources department, for permanent employees and temporary employees (referred to as our Ambassador Program), including:
  • Payroll and Compensation
  • Employee Benefits Programs
  • Talent Management
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition
  • Performance Management
  • Learning & Development
  • Engagement & Culture
  • Compliance
  • Develop and oversee department goals and priorities.
  • Develop and manage Human Resource department budgets.
  • Develop and supervise the human resource team consisting of payroll, benefits, and recruiting personnel as well as HR generalists.
  • Advise management on the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures for hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, and employee investigations.
  • Build a competitive compensation and benefits program to assist in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Provide internal controls and oversight of payroll process to assure accuracy.
  • Manage key vendor relationships such as benefit broker, 401k plan partners, etc.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of relevant regulatory issues, regional laws, and regulations.
  • Assist in organizational workforce planning informed by budget constraints and growth plans.
  • Identify candidates for key opportunities to achieve near and long-term business strategies.
  • Lead effective succession planning, and create and implement strategies to grow, develop, and retain key employees.Partnering with Leadership
  • Function as a trusted adviser and thought partner to senior leadership to drive an accountable, performance-based, and purpose-driven culture.
  • Develop the most effective organizational design to support the critical strategies of the business.
  • Develop strong and sustained relationships across all corporate functions, including Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide requirements and initiatives.
  • Develop, implement and oversee HR programs that attract, develop, and retain unique capabilities critical to business and that create competitive differentiators.
  • Effectively implement HR programs related to Recruitment, Learning and Organizational Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel with ability to manage data proficiently.
  • Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce HRIS a plus.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources or related field preferred; MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of HR experience with a focus on innovative, fast growing workforce.
  • Proven success as a broad HR leader, including oversight of areas of talent management, payroll and compensation and employee benefit programs.
  • Prior experience successfully leading multi-function teams with multiple direct reports of varying levels.
