Job Description:
Weyerhaeuser is searching for a Mill Manager to lead our lumber
manufacturing facility in Dierks, AR. As Mill Manager, your goals
will include ensuring that business objectives are met for the
site, fostering an engaged, people-focused culture, controlling
product cost and inventory, and developing future leaders. This is
a full-time, salaried exempt position reporting to the region
Lumber Manufacturing Director. Our Investment in You Annual bonuses

Develop a people-focused work environment, recognizing that our

site and business goals Engage associates in safely manufacturing
lumber that meets customer needs and driving improvement in key
business metrics Coach and lead in the overall manufacturing
process Ultimately own reliability, financial, procurement,
productivity, environmental and other site stewardship
responsibilities Ensure that business and individual goal setting
processes such as capital plans, expense budgets, safety strategic
plans and performance management plans are developed and executed
with excellence At least 10 years of leadership experience in a
manufacturing environment with proven record of positive
accomplishments in safety, quality, productivity, cost and people
development Outstanding teaming and interpersonal skills that
effectively engage teams to meet business goals and ensure
successful teaming/networking within the region, the Wood Products
business and the company as needed Strong business and financial
acumen Demonstrated ability to raise performance by building and
maintaining positive relationships with all associates and leaders
through coaching, development and instilling a continuous
improvement mindset Proven record to effectively engage associates
in behavior-based safety techniques Strong planning and
organizational skills Able to work flexible hours as needed in a
mill environment Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in
business, technical (engineering or other) or forestry/wood
products discipline Working knowledge of Lean, Innovation and
continuous improvement tools and processes Manufacturing experience
in Wood Products Manufacturing experience in lumber strongly
preferred Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual
merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of
$142,000 to $214,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications,
and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive
Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay.
Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that
target. Long-Term- Incentive target $32,000 annually. Benefits:

paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to
5% of your base salary. Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide
eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per
week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first
year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six
months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total
of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time
