**RN Home Care Position**

Summary: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, performing assessments, planning, and delivering patient care according to physician's orders.

Mileage Reimbursement
Day Shift- Monday through Friday
Start from home and end from home

**Job Description**

Under the direction of the Clinical Manager and Director of home care services, the RN identifies the needs of assigned patients and delivers skilled nursing care in the patient's home. Key responsibilities include:

--- Performing assessments, planning, and delivering patient care according to physician's orders
--- Participating in operational aspects of the department and quality improvement activities
--- Participating in infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs
--- Frequent driving and taking evening and weekend call as scheduled

**Qualifications**

--- One year of previous experience in clinical nursing preferred
--- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
--- Current RN license in the state of Arkansas
--- Basic Life Support CPR certification through the American Heart Association

**Work Environment**

--- Normal caseload: 5-6 patients per day / average 25 patients per case manager
--- Main coverage is Benton County
--- Call schedule: twice a month
--- Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
